Is it ok to have a boiler positioned above a gas cooker in the kitchen?

With a Combi boiler situated over a gas cooker, the problem would be that the gas burners would burn the air around the boiler which would affect the flame on the boiler burner, as a boiler burner needs a mixture of gas and air to burn efficiently. More so with natural gas.
