What is the mystery sci fi teaser before transformers movie starts?

The trailer is for J.J. Abrams's unreleased (some say still not filmed) movie "Cloverfield." The film is part of his deal with Paramount, and it appears that the whole thing will be shot from camcorders, giving it a cinema verite feel.
