Spay advice on min pin?

If you have control over your bltch in heat and can prevent any intact dogs from getting anywhere near her then there is no need to spay! Like you said, she is not in the ''peak'' of health so it wouldn't be worth the risk to put her under anesthetic! Don't leave her unsupervised when in heat including in your back yard...intact dogs could easily jump over your fence to get to her!!
