Fantasy Football trade help?

I got Jay Cutler as my QB and he's doing great, but i'm in need for WR's. My friend said he'd trade his QB, Tony Romo and his WR Greg Jennings for my players, Jay Cutler and Calvin Johnson. Arron rodgers hurt his shoulder so i'm not sure if it will affect greg jenning's game. Is this trade worth it? Thanks in advance
