How Many People Think Rahm Emanuel Has NO Intention of running for Chi town Mayor?

Raum Emanuel's guide book is a movie, The Godfather. He sees himself as a mobster. If he doesn't see himself that way, he sure does come off that way. I would hope people in Chicago would like to see someone a bit more normal running their city. He may be doing a study to see if he has a chance at winning but I doubt he does end up running for mayor.
