The first obvious answer is exercise (it worked for me!). And the second things is nutrition. Google foods that help reduce cellutlite. But, overall, I changed my diet, and my cellulite is going out the window! Your really not gonna beleive me until you try it yourself, becuase I didnt. I think the best food for cellulite though, is green tea. All you have to do is drink 5 cups a day, and its so easy to make. Also, they have come out with a new laser that can get rid of cellulite.
