Diabetes: Could I have it given my symptoms?

Well, a lot of endocrine illnesses have very similar symptoms. It sounds a LOT to me, like Hypothyroidism... Which I have, in addition to Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome, and Type 2 Diabetes. If I were you, I would just visit your local physician, or free clinic, and relay your concerns. They can do a battery of tests, and check your overall wellbeing.
