Whoa would Miami really take OJ Mayo?

Right now I'm watching Sportcenter and the Heat are considering to pick OJ Mayo. Is that really a smart move? I mean Mayo is a great player but this draft should be like last year. The top two players in the draft go one and two and you get the idea. But we all know Rose is going to Chicago.
