Quick question about symptoms?

I'm sure its nothing serious, probably allergies, but I have weird symptoms of a small cold that doesn't quite go away. I have a weird, scratchy throat that doesn't really go away. It doesn't hurt, just kinda bothers when its dry. And likewise I wake up with dark mucous that I can spit out. I'm guessing its allergies, as its that time of year, but I can't tell. I've had two nasty Sinus infections in the last two months, but recently its just these two symptoms, scratchiness and morning mucous. Any Idea? Allergies?
