I had my first abnormal pap last month.?

They told me I had low-grade dysplasia. I went in for my colposcopy and biopsy today. During the colposcopy, they found no abnormal cells, even with the vinegar and iodine, so they didn't do the biopsy and sent me home with me promising to come back in 6 months for a follow-up pap. I'm VERY relieved; however, I'm wondering what the chances are of this clearing up on its own. If they saw no abnormal cells without the biopsy, is it safe to say I'm ok?
