Can you add Hershey's unsweetened chocolate powder too a white/er cake mix too make a chocolate cake?

If it is be possible how much Hershey's unsweetened chocolate powder would I add too a 18.25 oz. box of cake mix ? Would I need too add any other ingredients other than what's called for in the instructions for the cake mix it's self ?
